The Lethbridge Sport Council is launching the Lethbridge Sport Bank, a community-based sport equipment distribution centre designed to remove financial barriers and increase access to sport for children, youth, and adults across our region.

Sport participation has the power to connect people, build confidence, and strengthen communities. Yet for many families, the cost of equipment remains one of the most significant barriers to getting involved. Locally, about 2,000 individuals access fee assistance programs each year demonstrating that the desire to participate is strong, but barriers still exist.

The Lethbridge Sport Bank is a local solution to a local need.
